摘要 矽肺是矽尘暴露导致的职业性肺部疾患,它的发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。巨噬细胞相关细胞因子及其调节网络、细胞氧化应激损伤、信号转导和细胞凋亡通路、矽肺遗传易感性探索是目前研究的热点。该文简要回顾了近年来关于矽肺发病的细胞和分子机制的研究进展。 Silicosis is an occupational pulmonary disease caused by silica dust exposure, but the mechanisms of the injury and disease development are not well understood. Recent researches have mainly focused on macrophage-derived cytokines and their regulating network, cellular oxidative-stress injury, pathways of signal transduction and apoptosis, and genetic susceptibility of silicosis. In this review, we briefly introduce the research advances on molecular and cellular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of silicosis and its genetic susceptibility.
