模拟骨水泥型人工关节制作骨水泥阻塞骨干髓腔的动物模型 被引量:4

摘要 目的为研究骨水泥固定型人工关节植入后对股骨远端的影响提供一个理想的动物模型。方法根据兔特殊的解剖结构,采用不打断股骨颈,用器械直接充填骨水泥的方法,建立单纯以PMMA骨水泥阻塞骨干髓腔的兔动物模型。结果从大体解剖和X线摄片结果来看,骨水泥骨髓腔内充填良好,股骨中段以上完全阻塞,完全达到了阻塞股骨近中段骨干髓腔的目的。结论该办法成功模拟骨水泥固定型人工关节,制作了骨水泥阻塞中段以上骨干髓腔的兔动物模型。 Objective To provide the ideal animal model for studying the effect of the distal femoral shaft after implanting the artificial joint of bone cement. Methods According to the special structure of the rabbit, used the opparatus by directly filling bone cement without breaking neck of femur, and established the rabbit model by blocking of proximal and middle femoral medullary cavity with PMMA. Results The gross observation and X-my showed the medullary cavities were weLl filled with PMMA and completely blocked above their middle segments, fulfilling the purpose of using PMMA to block the proximal and middle femoral medullary cavity. Conclusion The methods can successfully establish the rabbit model of blocking the proximal and middle femoral medullary cavity by modeling the artifical joint of bone cement.
