摘要
用正交试验法优选参白口服液制剂的最佳工艺条件。以加水量，煎煮时间和醇沉浓度３个因素，每个因素选取３个水平进行实验。实验结果表明最佳工艺为Ａ３Ｂ３Ｃ１，即加水量１１倍，总煎煮时间５ｈ，醇沉浓度为６０％。
s:The optimum preparation procedure for Shenbai Oral Liquid was studied by orthogonal test(including 3 factors water-adding amount,decocting time,alcohol-precipitation concentration with 3 levels every factor).As a result,A3B3C1 is theprocedure of choice:11 times of water-adding amount,5 hours of total decocting time and 60%of alcohol-precipitation concen tration.
