摘要
该文针对城市内涝的预测,提出了一种集成预测模型进行灾情预测。它综合利用了来自各机构的遥感数据、等高线数据、地下管网数据以及历史灾情信息,全面考虑了影响灾情的地形因素,并结合经验,克服了以往考虑影响因素不完全的不足,并且在实践中取得了较好的预测精度。
Facing the flood forecast in city,the paper gives an integrated model.h makes full use of data from several organizations,including RS data,contour line data,tunnel data and history disaster data,considering the landform factor and history experience.h overcomes the shortcomings anciently,improving the precision of forecast.
