摘要 医学图像边缘提取是医学图像处理中一项非常重要的工作和预处理步骤,边缘提取的质量决定了图像的最终处理结果。一般说来,人们习惯于用基于梯度和基于模板的算子提取边缘,但这类算子都不能很好地滤除噪声,因而给噪声图像边缘提取带来了困难。论文在阐述了数学形态学一般原理与方法的基础上,提出了一种新的复合型数学形态学医学图像边缘提取算法。实验结果表明该算法对噪声医学图像边缘的提取效果好,它不仅能成功地提取目标图像边缘,而且能很好地滤除噪声。 Medical image edge detection is an important work and preprocessing step in medical image processing.The quality of detected edge decides the final result of the processed image.Generally,people are accustomed to detect edge by using gradient-based algorithms and template-based algorithms,but all of them fail to filter the noise.This paper introduces basic theories and methods of mathematical morphology at first,and then puts forward a novel medical image edge detection method based on compound mathematical morphology.The experimental results indicate that the novel proposed algorithm is a better method for medical image edge detecting and noise filtering than the usually used template-based edge detection algorithms and general morphological edge detection algorithms.
