The technique of processing the scripts of minorities in database is the one of the most important task in the scope of information processing nowadays.This paper analyzes the difficulties and main technical problems of developing a testing system with Uighur,Kazak and Kirghiz support and discusses the whole process of developing the Academic Skills Testing System （Uighur,Kazak,Kirghiz Version）of Xinjiang Traffic Department in detail.The techniques of processing multilingual script in database have instructional values in the field of processing minority＇s scripts.
