建设节水型山东的实践与体会

Practice and experiences of building water-saving society in Shandong

山东省情水情决定建设节水型山东。山东节水起步较早,在具体工作中体会到,建设节水型山东要靠政府领导、经济推动、政策保障、工程和科技支撑、全社会合力共建。建设节水型山东任重道远,在强化社会责任的同时,还需制定规划和考核标准,完善制度措施,提供体制、法制、机制的保障。

Water condition of Shandong Province forces it to depend on building water-saving society. Many experiences are gained from practical work such as strong leadership of government, economic devices, policy guarantee, engineering and science technology support, participation of public society. However, heavy duties is engaged for the establishment of building water-saving society in Shandong in the future. We should insist on plan making, assessment standard and system building despite of enforcing social commitment. Institutional and legal systems should set up.
