5 碱性染色上染、匀染、牢度等诸问题 5.1 上染性 分散染料碱性染色,一般是所使用的碱性染色助剂决定染浴pH值的。市售各种碱性染色助剂应用于耐碱性的Kayacelen E三原色拼混染料染色,在染色过程中分步测定染浴pH值的变化,染色试样的表观色泽深度(Q-合计值）以pH值为4.5的酸性浴为标准,其测定结果如表6所示。 表6

The traditional way to dye polyester with disperse dyes is in an acid bath. In this paper,the author introduced the dyeing process in a basic bath. With the development of alkali-stable disperse dyes and relative auxiliaries .especially the exploitation of Shin-Gosen .the advantage of this process is recognized by the dyers increasingly . The advantage of this process is high efficiency .low cost and energy and time saving. The mechanism of this process, a-long with the related factors and dyeing technology.is interpreted.
