To mark the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Tibet Autonomous Region, a pict orlal titled Ngapoi Ngawang Jigmei was printed, A ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the People for the issuance of the pictorial. Pictured here is a photo of Radi （Vice-Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee） and Vice-Chairman Liu Yandong with Ngapoi Ngawang Jigmei.
