IP网络架构下网络运营的关键技术要素思考

传统电信网的赢利模式对网络关键技术要素(接入与业务寻址)进行了控制,并由此对业务资源与客户资源进行控制;在开放的IP网络下,由于对网络关键技术要素没有进行控制,导致了IP网络没有可赢利的商业模式。从网络特征和商业模式入手,分析了传统电信网和IP网形成赢利模式的关键技术要素,提出了在IP网络中通过接入控制、业务寻址、网络分等级和终端四个关键技术要素,形成可赢利商业模式的方法。

The profit mode of traditional telecom network controls the key technical factors of network （access and service addressing）, and on this basis, it controls the service resource and customer resource; in the open IP network, the absence of control on its key technical factors results in the shortage of profit business mode in IP network. Starring with network features and business modes, this article analyzes the key technical factors to establish profit mode in traditional telecom network and IP network. Then, it puts forward the measures to establish profitable business mode in IP network through four key technical factors, namely, access control, service addressing, network gradation and terminal.
