摘要
转换层楼板按照弹性膜假定,采用SATWE和ETABS等软件对盛大金磐超高层结构的内力进行了分析,为满足抗剪要求,转换大梁采用型钢混凝土,而通过加强转换层楼板配筋和贯通二级转换梁的方法解决转换梁的受扭问题。型钢梁的设计不考虑拉力及腹板的影响,构造措施满足相关规范的要求。
Using the elastic membrane postulate to the floor of transfer layer, the internal forces of a super-high rise building are calculated by the SATWE and ETABS softwares. The shape-steel concrete members are adopted to the transfer beams to meet the shear-bearing requirements, while torsional'problem is solved by increasing the reinforcement of the floor and interpenetrating the secondary transferring beams. In design of shape-steel beams, the tensile forces and the effect of the web are neglected, and the construction measures meet the requirements of the code.
