Improvement of Water Level Measurement System of Steam Generator With Double Reference Pipe Based on Soft-sensing Technique

摘要 为更好地实施测量和监控,使用软测量技术和LabVIEW这一功能强大的虚拟仪器(VI)语言,对船用压水堆装置蒸发器双参考管水位测量系统进行了改进,并基于液相质量含汽率的计算进行了水位修正;改进后系统具有原有测量系统难以比拟的优越性和实用性,对保障压水堆装置安全运行具有重要意义。 Aiming at carrying out measurement and monitoring better, the soft - sensing technique as well as the strong VI language of LabVIEW is used in the water level measure ment system of steam generator in marine PWR device. The water level is modified based on the percentum of gas in the liquid mass. The improved system has such advantage and practicability that the original system is difficult to compare with. The work is of significance to the safe operation of PWR.
