摘要
为了能够快速准确地测量信号的频率,提高测量精度,搭建了基于虚拟仪器编程语言LabVIEW和PXI总线测试技术的测试平台;介绍了PXI总线,并基于虚拟仪器的设计思想,提出了详细的测频方案,从实际应用的角度出发介绍了一种高精度测频系统的设计与实现;该系统具有操作简单、测试精度高、便于扩展、可移植性强等特点,能够充分满足各种频率信号的测试要求。
In order to measure the frequency rapidly and accurately, and enhance the precision, the measurement platform for testing frequency is built based on virtual instrument programming language of LabVIEW and testing technique of PXI bus. The PXI bus is introduced, and the design and realization of the high precision testing frequency system based on PXI bus are also described. And the method for testing frequency is also introduced. The system is designed based on the virtual instrucment idea, and it has the characteristics of easy operating, extending and accurate measuring. So, it can meet the demands for measuring frequency of many signals.
