摘要
针对近年来某型飞机航姿系统在检查维护中存在的严重设备老旧问题,研制了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的新型自动化检测系统;根据该型飞机技术使用维护手册的工艺卡,提出采用Visual FoxPro7.0创建检测数据库,解决了程序庞杂的问题,并给软件维护工作提供了方便;自动检测系统有效解决了该型飞机的质量状态监控和原位、离位的快速故障诊断,且具有高测试精度、高可靠性、人机交互性好的特点,为原来自动化程度低且功能单一的分离式检测设备更新换代开辟了新的技术途径。
Based on Virtual Instrument (VI) technology, a new automatic inspecting device has been realized for the flying orientation and attitude system, which was ever a serious problem in army. According to it's specification, inspecting database is set up with Visual Foxpro7.0, which made the software easy to program and modify. Result shows that the system is well applied in Air Force and may replace old inspecting device because of its great efficiency and high reliability.
