摘要 目前,市场对适合中小批量加工、具有良好柔性和多功能性的制造系统的需求已逐步超过对大型单一功能的制造系统的需求;这一趋势促成了模块化、可重构、可扩充的开放式控制系统的产生;为了推动国内数控系统的开放性进程,对一种开放式运动控制总线-SERCOS总线进行了研究,并通过设计出嵌入到伺服驱动器中的SERCOS接口卡,实现了完整的主从环形通讯;该接口卡软、硬件的成功设计证明了国内有能力研发出具有SERCOS接口的数控产品,将有利于开放式控制系统在中国的发展。 At present, the demands for manufacture system that fits small or moderate batch of machining, has good flexibility and muhifunction have been more than the demands for big and single function system step by step in the market. This trend causes the appearance of open control system that has modularity, restructured characteristic and expansibility. For pmmoting the open pmcess of numerical control system of China, this paper introduces an open movement control bus SERCOS. The SERCOS interface card designed can embed in servo driver, realize a full ring communication between master and slave. The success of the software and hardware designs of this card proves that the manufacturers of China have abilities to develop the NC pmducts possessing SERCOS interface, and is pmpitious to the development of open contml system in China.
