干散货船舶经营现状分析与对策研究

Analysis of the Present Situation in Dry Bulk Shipping and the Countermeasures

本文认为,“入世”以来是我国干散货船舶经营发展最快的时期,增长幅度快,港航基础设施建设步伐加快,航运市场集中度提升,不断推广应用现代信息技术,重视人才队伍建设。但我国干散货船舶经营规模较小,发展水平较低,仍然存在着许多影响和制约因素。文章提出,为了促进干散货船舶经营的发展,顺应我国经济发展和经济全球化发展的需要,应深化管理体制改革,运用现代经营管理技术,发展以海、铁联运为主要内容的多式联运,推进现代信息管理技术和标准化建设,实施人才策略。

The author maintains that China＇s dry bulk shipping developed very quickly after China entered the WTO, and achieved a high growth rate. The construction of infrastructure has been quickened; the concentration rate of shipping market has been improved; IT application has been constantly promoted. But there are still such problems as the small scale, low development level with this industry and there are still some factors influencing and constraining the development of this industry. To promote the development of dry bulk shipping, we should follow the demand for China＇s economic development and economic globalization, deepen the reform of management system, apply more modem management technology, develop multimode transportation, promote IT application and the construction of standardization, and implement strategic for the cultivation of human resources.
