Fully Understanding the Importance and Urgency of Improving China's International Balance of Payment

一国的国际收支状况平衡与否,不仅对其国内经济的运行与发展产生重大影响,而且对其货币政策与对外经济政策都有重要影响,从而影响国际贸易与国际间的经济往来,对国际政治关系也会产生不可忽略的影响。本文通过分析我国近几年来的国际收支状况、国际收支变动趋势、结构特点以及长期国际顺差产生的原因与不利影响,说明改善、调整当前国际收支平衡的重要性和紧迫性。

The balance of payment of a country not only has a great impact on the operation and development of domestic economy but also has an important influence on the monetary policy and foreign economic policy. Thereby, it can impact the international trade and international economic relationship, having an obvious influence on the international political relationship as well. With the analysis on the China＇s international balance of payment during the recent years, the changing trend and structural features in international balance of payment, the reasons and adverse effect of long-term favorable balance, this paper elaborates on the importance and urgency of improving and adjusting the current international balance of payment.
