The Institutional Arrangement and Evaluation on Present Corporation Governance Structure in China's FAMCs

本文从“科学、合理的公司治理结构是确保企业健康、稳定运行的核心”出发,阐述了目前我国金融资产管理公司的治理结构现状,客观评价了该公司现行结构在产权、决策权、监督权等方面存在的问题,同时针对存在的不足提出了改善建议。

Beginning with the viewpoint that ＂a scientific reasonable corporation governance structure is the core element which ensures the enterprise to function healthily and stably＂, this article expounds the present situation of the corporation governance structure in China＇s FAMCs （Financial Assets Management Corporation）. It gives objective evaluation on the problems existing in the aspects of property right, decision-making power, supervision right, etc., and at the same time it brings forward meliorative advice to the problems.
