摘要
分析了ISO9001:2000标准对建立质量目标的要求,指出运用现代MBO目标管理方法,而不是通常的单向分解指派目标,才能形成有效的质量目标体系,促进质量管理体系的有效运行。
The paper analyses the request for establishing quality objectives in ISO 9001：2000, indicates that applying the modem times means of MBO , but accustomed unilateralism decomposing ＆ assigning goals besides, will come into being efficacious quality objectives system,and accelerate the efficiency of quality management system.
