滁州产绞股蓝质量研究

Quality Study on Chuzhou Gynostemma Pentaphyllum

对滁州产绞股蓝质量研究结果表明，其来源为葫芦科植物绞股蓝Ｃｙｎｏｓｔｅｍｍａｐｅｎｔａｐｈｙｌｌｕｍ（Ｔｈｕｎｂ．）Ｍａｋｉｎｏ的全草。不同采收期的绞股蓝药材虽性状相似，但内在质量不同，以人参皂甙Ｒｂ１为标准计算，七月份最高（０．４４２％），５月份次之（０．３２０％），９月份最低（０．１９３％）。

s:The quality study on Chuzhou Gynostemma pentaphyllum indicated that it originated in whole herb of Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino in Cucurbitaceae. The characters of Gynostemma pentaphyllum during different gathering periods were similar but their internal qualities were different.The ginsenoside Rbl content was the highest in July(0.442%),then in May(0.320%).and the lowest in September(0.193%).
