摘要
用紫外分光光度计测定清开灵注射液的吸收度。采用初均速法研究了其中主要成分黄芩甙和绿原酸的含量变化。将实验数据输入计算机处理，预测出该制剂中黄芩甙和绿原酸的稳定性。
The absorbility of Qingkailing Injection was determined by the UV spectrophotometry. The content changes of main components:baicalin and chlorogenic acid were studied by the primary homospeed method.All experimental data were managed by computer so that the stabilities of two components of this preparation were estimated.
