摘要 本文主要介绍近年来钢水定氧、氮、氢和铁水定硅、硫传感器的技术进步及其应用进展。目前氧传感器的应用已经很成熟,但国产氧传感器在稳定性和测量范围尤其是低氧浓的测定上还应改进。基于氧化锆固体电解质氧浓差电池的铁水中硅、硫传感器也已经实用。基于质谱分析的钢中多气体在线分析为钢中气体的全分析提供了新途径。 This paper reviewed the recent progresses of the technologies and applications in oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen sensors for liquid steel and that of silicon and sulfur sensors for hot metal. The application of oxygen sensor for steelmaking is already in a mature stage. The stability and the detection range especially in low oxygen concentration of the domestic manufactured oxygen sensor need to be improved. The silicon and sulfur sensor for hot metal based on a zirconia oxygen concentration cell has been applied practically. The developing for an online multi-gas analysis based on the mass spectroscopy illustrated a new way for all gases analysis at the same time in liquid steel.
