摘要 采用BaTiO3基料,加入SrTiO3、CaCO3、Bi2O3·3TiO2等添加剂制备无铅高压陶瓷电容器材料,研究了添加剂对材料性能的影响,得到了介电常数可调、综合性能较佳的材料。结果表明,在BaTiO3中加入30%SrTiO3、10%CaCO3,并外加3%Bi2O3·3TiO2时(均为摩尔数分数),其εr为3802、tgδ为4.2×10-3、Eb为9.2MV/m;而当在BaTiO3中加入40%SrTiO3、15%CaCO3,并外加4%Bi2O3·3TiO2时,其εr为2089、tgδ为6×10-4、Eb为16.9MV/m。 Prepared were the BaTiO3-based high voltage ceramic capacitor materials doped with SrTiO3, CaTiO3 and Bi2O3 · 3TiO2. The effects of the additive on the dielectric properties were investigated. And then the materials with variable dielectric constant, which also have good dielectric properties, were gotten. The results show that the dielectric properties of BaTiO3-based materials with 30% SrTiO3, 10% CaCO3 and 3% Bi2O3 ~ 3TiO2 (mole fraction) are: εr=3802, tgδ=4.2×10^-3, Eb=9.2 MV/m; and the dielectric properties of BaTiO3-based 40% SrTiO3, 15% CaCO3 and 4% Bi203·3TiO2 are: εr=2 089, tgδ=6×10^-4, Eb=16.9 MV/m.
