摘要
本文采用反相-HPLC方法对含大黄的中成药之四种不同剂型(丸、片、汤和洗剂)共九个样品进行大黄蒽醌类化合物的多组分定性定量分析。结果表明,在本文所用的样品制备方法和色谱实验条件下,20min左右即能完成一次色谱分析,大黄中的五个蒽醌甙元均能获得满意的定性定量,方法简便易行,相对标准误和加样回收率均较好。
The multicomponent qualitative and quantitative-analyses of anthraquinone component of 4 dosage forms of Chinese patent medicine(pill,tablet,decoction and lotion )with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,counting 9 samples,were carried out. As a result, under thd sample preparation and chromatographic conditions used in the experiment, the one-time chromatographic analyses were immediately finished about 20 min with the statisfactory results in qualitation and quantitation for 5 anthraquinone aglycones of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. This method operates simply and relative standard error and sample-adding recovery were all satisfactory.
