摘要
介绍基于图像处理技术的多指针的仪表自动识别系统的原理、组成和方法。对指针示数的判读算法进行了分析。此系统应用于某自来水公司,取得较好的经济效益。
It presents an automatic recognizing method capable of making out the reading on the measuring instrument panels which have multi pointers such as instruments for measuring water flux. The architecture and principle of the system are described. Image analysis algorithms are used to automatically determine the instrument readings. The maximum uncertainty in the detection of the pointer's position in analog instruments is less than the human eye can discriminate.
