摘要
目的:建立1种测定碘糖丸中碘化钾含量的方法。方法:碘酸钾滴定法。结果:分别用碘酸钾法和硝酸银法测定碘化钾含量,将测得结果作 f 检验,t<t_(0.025,9);碘化钾与碘酸钾在强酸条件下有确定的定量反应关系,且在不同浓度时定量反应关系不变,线性良好。结论:碘酸钾法测定碘化钾含量的方法操作简便、反应明显、易于观察,可用于控制碘糖丸的质量。
Objective: Build up a kind of measured method of the potassium content in odine sugar pills. Method: The titration method of iodine sour potassium. Results: Use the silver nitrate method and measuring the iodine, then make the examination of t, t 〈 t0. 025,9 ; iodine sour potassium and iodines to have the certain fixed amount to respond the relation under the condition of strong and sour, and at density of sour potassium method of iodine respectively the fixed amount responds the relation constantly, the line was good. Conclusion:The iodine sour potassium method measurement iodine turns the method operation of the potassium content simple respond obviously, is easy to the observation, can be used for the quantity that controls the iodine sugar pills.
