摘要
利用国产铝粉作为混粉工作液的粉末添加剂,进行混粉电火花加工试验研究。结果表明,国产铝粉用于混粉电火花加工对于改善加工质量和提高加工效率都具有明显效果。
The homemade aluminium powder was used as the additive for powder-mixed dielectric EDM and the experiments were made in the EDM-tool. It is shown that the machining effects of EDM are clearly improved by using the homemade powder in powder-mixed dielectric EDM.
