轿车密封条压缩变形特性的双目立体技术

摘要 车门密封条压缩变形特性问题,单纯的有限元分析尚未能够很好解决,因此借助实验方法是密封条进行有限元分析必不可少的补充和验证手段。但是,由于密封条在受力过程中的变形非常复杂,传统的手段不足以对其作定量和全面的测量。通过立体视觉测量密封条截面上不同位置的点在受力过程中的空间位置变化轨迹来描述密封条截面的形状变化,对密封条有限元分析进行补充和验证,提高了密封条的有限元分析的可靠性。 Simply CAE software and Finite-Element-Analytics ( FEA ) had not satisfyingly achieved the compressive deformation characteristic of automobile door sealing strip, consequently the experimentation should be necessary supplement and proof-test measure, But by reason of the compressive deformation complexity of sealing strip accurate and complete measure can' t be performed by the conventional measure, By dimensional position track of each position point in the process of compressive deformation the section deformation of sealing strip had been described, supplement and proof-test measure for Finite-Element-Analytics had been performed,and the Finite-Element-Analytics reliability of sealing strip had been enhanced,
