两自由度可控机构输出点轨迹与速度的有限元分析

Finite element analysis of output point trajectory and velocity for two degrees of freedom controllable mechanism

综合应用ADAMS,ANSYS分析混合输入五杆机构输出点的轨迹、速度,分别得到机构构件作为刚性体和弹性体时两连杆铰接点的轨迹曲线与某连杆中点的速度曲线。二者对比表明,此类机构的弹性动力学分析比刚性动力学分析更接近其实际情况。此外,将构件划分单元数的多与少的不同计算结果显示,单元数对计算结果有明显影响,恰当选取单元数对是否得出与实际振动情况相符的计算结果有重要影响。

The output trajectory and velocity of hybrid five - bar linkage mechanism are analyzed using ADAMS and ANSYS. The trajectory curve of hinge joint point between the two couplers and the velocity curve of center point of one of them are obtained when the links are rigid body and elastic body respectively. Comparing the two curves, the elastodynamic analysis is more tally with the practical situation than the rigid-body dynamic analysis of this kind of mechanism. In addition,the different calculation results of different element number of links meshed indicate that it has an important influence on the result accordant to the practical situation to choose the dement number properly.
