摘要
目的从临床角度分析戴用铸造支架义齿后出现的问题。方法选取138件铸造钴铬合金支架义齿,患者做2年随访。结果基牙根龋、基牙松动、覆盖残根牙龈炎的发生随时间呈递增趋势,而牙槽嵴则无不均匀吸收。结论修复前全面的口腔准备,合理的义齿设计及义齿的宣教是成功修复体的保证,也是延长义齿及基牙寿命的基本要求。
Objective To analyse the problems of clinically using casting dentures. Methods 138 casting dentures were examined in every year. Results A two-year follow-up revealed there occurred butment caries, luxated butment, and overlain residual root gingivitis, even on the rise, while the alveolar ridge showed no uneven absorption. Conclusion Overall oral examination.reasonable denture device, teaching patients how to use the denture are necessary.
