摘要
总结我院四十多年中所开展的耻骨后前列腺摘除术资料完整的５５７例，由于手术方法及导尿管种类上的不断改进，特别是数年来采用将膀胱颈部粘膜拉下，覆盖缝合于前列腺窝内壁，使得手术时间、术中输血逐年减少，术后膀胱冲洗液转清平均时间、术后导尿管留置时间、平均住院天数逐年缩短，术后并发症逐年下降。因此，我们认为：耻骨后前列腺摘除术是一种值得推广运用的技术较为简便、安全可靠、术后并发症较少的开放性前列腺摘除术。
57 cases of retropubic prostatectomics performed were reviewed past 40 years. Becauseof the improvement in the kinds of catheters and in the operative technigues,especially inhemostasis that the mucosa of the bladder neck was covered the prostatic fossa in the recentyears,the duration of operation,the blood loss during operation,and of urinary continuous irrigation,the mean hospital days and the postoperative complications were mtich less thanbfore.It is comsidered that the modified retropubic prostatectomy is a safe,procedtire,whichhad fewer complications.
