摘要 现有电厂的信息管理中,各阶段之间普遍存在着数据截流、数据冗余和数据利用率低的现象,特别是从规划设计到工程建设、从工程建设到运行维护之间都有大量的数据被截流,致使信息资源流失,管理系统也没有得到充分利用。存在此类问题的一个重要原因是没有规定一个统一的信息编码,参与工程的各方在各自的信息系统中使用面向各自需求的编码或随机码来记录信息,造成后续阶段在使用已有信息方面的困难,致使大多数情况下都需要重新整理,甚至重新录入,影响了信息系统发挥的作用。文章提出了以建立统一的电厂信息编码为基础,并在此基础上探讨了解决电厂在各阶段工作之间存在的数据截流和数据冗余等问题。 In, the information management of existing power plants,data retention, data redundancy and low data utilization rate etc. phenomena universally exist between different stages, especially from planning, design to project construction, from project construction to operation and maintenance, all there are large amount of data to be retained,with the result that information resources are lost, and management system can't be fully utilized too. An important cause for such kind existing problem is: no an unified information encoding is stipulated, varions parties partleipating in the project employ the encoding or random code meeting their own needs to record information in the respective information systems, so as to cause difficulty in the utilization of already existing informations in the follow-up stages, with a result that in the great majority cases rearrangement of informations is requred, even re-logging of data is required, affecting the played role of information system.This paper puts forward,to establish an unified information encoding of power plant as base, and on this basis to study to solve the data retention and data redundancy etc. problems of power plants existing between the works of varions stages.
