摘要
报告以麻疹减毒活疫苗治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎30例，设对照组30例。近期疗效观察（5～8周）麻苗组治愈27例（90％）。对照组治愈12例（40％）。随访8～12年，麻苗组24例有4例复发（16％）；对照组22例有16例复发（73％）。提示麻疹减毒活疫苗连续注射后，可较长时期诱生干扰素或其它非特异性免疫反应，使麻苗组复发率明显低于对照组。
The effectiveness of measles vaccine in the treatment of herpetic keratitis was observed in 30 cases. Thecomplete recovery rate was 90% (27/30), and the recurrent rate in 8～12 years was 16% (4/24). In the control group, also 30 cases, treated without measles vaccine, the recovery rate was 73% (16/22). These results demonstrate that the effect of measles vaccine may be due to induction of interferon formation or othernonspecific immunological mechanisms.
