摘要
用HPLC法测定了8名健康志愿者一次口服400mg甲磺酸培氟沙星后不同时间段尿样中的原型药及其活性代谢物诺氟沙星的浓度和排泄量,发现在0-72h内原型药的排泄量为给药剂量的12.5±1.93%;诺氟沙星的排泄量相当于原型药给药量的17.5±4.79%。在0-48h时间段内培氟沙星、诺氟沙星的浓度都一直高于泌尿道致病菌的MIC90值,极有利于细菌感染的治疗。
A HPLC method was used for the quantitative determination of pefloxacin and its active metabolite norfloxacin in urine after 400 mg pefloxacin mesylate was orally given to 8 healthy Chinese volunteers.The excretion rate of unchanged drug was 12.5±1.93% of total dose administerd between 0-72 h,while the active metabolite norfloxacin was 17.5±4,79%. Both concentrations of pefloxacin and norfloxacin were greater than the MIC90 value of urinary tract pathogens throughout 0-48 h period.This is benificial to the treatment of bacterial infections.
