摘要
本研究采用mecA基因阳性的MRSA菌株建立了兔实验性心内膜炎模型。包括:动脉插管术、静脉感染MRSA、分组进行药物治疗、取血、赘生物及脾、肾组织培养及细菌计数。经国产抗MRSA有效药物去甲万古霉素治疗:静脉注射20mg/kg,一天3次,连续给药4d。结果对照组即未给药治疗组培养结果,菌量一般达到104CFU/g以上,而治疗组在给药后各项指标均为阴性。证明此模型可用于抗MRSA新药体内抗菌作用的评价。
The experimental aortic valve endocarditis caused by MRSA with mecA gene positive was established in rabbits.The main procedures were as follow:1.arteral cannulation;2. intravenously infected with MRSA;3.randomly divided into two groups:one group received medical treatment.the other didn't;4.counted number of organisms in blood.vegetation.spleen and kidney.Animals received treatment by given norvancomycin: i.v.,20mg/kg every 8 hours,for 4 days. Results showed that the number of organisms were 104 CFU/g in non treatment group but no bacterial counts in blood.vegetation. spleen and kidney after treatment.So the model be used for evaluation in vivo activity of new antimicrobial agents against MRSA.
