慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理影响因素的研究

Investigation for the Factors of the Self-care in Patient with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨影响慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素。方法基于慢性病自我护理框架,应用慢性心力衰竭自我护理量表、特定活动量表、自我概念量表及社会支持量表调查分析方便抽样抽取的90例慢性心力衰竭患者。结果采用逐步多元回归法分析,自我护理的维持与教育程度及年龄的相关程度为0.354;自我护理的自我管理与自我概念的相关程度为0.266。结论慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素为教育程度、年龄及自我概念。

Objective To describe the factors that influence the self-care in patient with chronic heart failure. Methods Guided by the model of self-care in chronic illness, this was a descriptive correlational study. The study included a sample of 90 patients diagnosed of heart failure from 2 hospitals in Beijing. These patients were measured by self-care heart failure scale, specific activity scale, self-concept scale and social support scale. The general data were described by average, deviation, frequency and percentage. The factors were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Results The relative coefficient was 0. 354 between self-care maintenance and education and age; the relative coefficient was 0. 266 between self-care management and self-concept. Conclusion The factors influencing self-care in patient with chronic heart failure were education, age and self-concept.
