Current Application of Prevacuum Sterilizing Autoclave in Chinese Hospitals

预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器是目前国内各医院供应室普遍使用的消毒灭菌设备。作者列举了不同型号预真空灭菌器所共有的真空系统、灭菌系统、排气系统、干燥系统及安全监测系统的特点,灭菌效果的生物学监测以及化学监测方法,监测方法失败的原因分析以及注意事项。对于预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器常见的设备故障进行了原因分析,总结了处置方法,全面综述了预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器在我国的应用现状。

Prevacuum sterilizing autoclave is the common equipment for disinfecting and sterilizer at the providing departments in hospitals in China. This paper summarized the characteristics of vacuum, sterilization, exhaust, dryness and safety monitoring systems among different models of autoclave. Moreover, this paper introduced some biological and chemical monitoring methods for sterilization, as well as analyses of reasons of monitoring failure and matters needing attention. Furthermore, the authors analyzed possible reasons of common equipment troubles and summarized countermeasures for these troubles. By doing so, [his paper reviewed the current application of prevaccum sterilizing autoclave in China in detail.
