摘要
将三维CT应用于52例颅内疾患手术计划的临床体会。三维CT图像可以立体、直观地显示颅内病变的形态、大小、位置及体表投影,显示其与周围重要结构(大脑镛、小脑幕、脑室、大血管、窦等)的空间解剖关系。临床医生利用这些信息制定手术计划,包括:(1)在术前对手术入路、方法及步骤进行设计和选择,对术中可能出现的情况预先作出估计,制订出手术方案;(2)对开颅骨瓣的位置、大小进行精确设计,对手术开瓣过程进行模拟;(3)通过建立一个新的三维坐标转换方法,进行立体定向手术。
With three-dimentional computed tomography (3-D CT) for meurosurgical planning,52 cases of intracranial lesion were reported. 3-D CT imges can display the shape, size and location of lesions in three dimentional spaces,demonstrate the relationship between the lesions and the surrounding neural and vascular structures. As understanding these informations, neurosurgeon may able to:(1) choose an appropriate surgical approach and design a suitable operative procedure;(2) make the site and size of a bone flap more accurately;(3) perform stereotactic operations by a new three dimentional transformation system.These results show that 3-D CT is quite profitable for planning the operative treatment.
