企业并购的风险因素很多,其中人力资源风险是决定并购整合是否成功的重要因素,在此背景下首先阐述并购人力资源风险的概念及内涵,接着给出并购人力资源风险成因,然后进行并购人力资源风险类型分析,最后提出并购人力资源风险防范措施。
There are many risky factors having impact on company's merger and acquisition, of which human resource risk is of great importance to post acquisition. Under this circumstances the article first states the definition and connotation of human resource risk, then there kinds of human resource risk are analyzes, finally four measures are put forward to avoid human resource risk.
