摘要
银行业职务犯罪对银行安全构成威胁,成为银行改革和发展的障碍。近来,银行业重大案件频发,给我国银行业的声誉带来不良的影响,究其原因,在于缺乏系统的控制。若以道德控制、制度控制和法律控制作为系统控制论的一种设想,在实践中将对银行业职务犯罪控制有所裨益。
The post crimes in bank circles would threaten the security of bank and become the obstacles to the reforms and development of them. Presently, the frequent bursting-out of severe cases has brought negative influences to the fame of bank circles. When tracing back to the roots, it is known as the lack of systematic control. If we conduct moral control, principle control and law control as an assumption of systematic control, it will be advantageous for us to get the post crimes under hole in bank circles in practice.
