动作语言是用动作、表情、手势和眼神来表达含义的符号或代码系列,它能传达一个人的情绪和意志,人讲话时不可能没有动作或表情,在讯问中同样如此。准确把握动作语言,解读犯罪嫌疑人自觉、不自觉间动作语言的含义,并自觉运用恰当的动作语言辅以讯问,能有事半功倍的效果。讯问笔录亦应对动作语言有准确的记录。
Body languages are a set of symbols or codes expressing meanings with action, expression, gestures and expressions in one＇s eyes. They can express one＇s feelings and ideas. It is impossible that one speaks without actions or expressions. To exactly understand body languages and the meaning of consciousness or non-consciousness, and body languages by a person suspected of committing a crime in a crimimal case, it＇s important that consciously acting suitable body languages toassist interrogation. We should exactly record body languages in a record of interrogation.
