澳门青少年偏差及违法行为现况分析

Analysis on Present-day Situation of Juvenile Deviate Behavior and Delict in Macao

差异接触理论最能解释澳门的青少年犯罪问题。青少年之所以违法,是因为在其行为的学习过程中,学到较多破坏法纪的理念而较少守法的理念;在与亲密团体的接触中,他们会被塑造,学习对某一特殊社会行为下定义,变成他们自己的价值观,澳门的偏差和违法青少年有较多的黑社会朋友,与黑社会朋友来往也很多,他们也容易受朋辈的负面影响。家庭的社会经济地位与子女的“偏差行为”及“违法行为”关系不大。

The theory of differentia gives us the cut-through explanation to the juvenile crime in Macao. In the process of act formation, too many indecent thoughts lead to the failure of the youth abiding by the law combined with little subjection thought to the law. In the contact with intimates, the youth are formatted by certain particular deeds, which later become part of their character. Frequent contact with gangsters has greatly influenced on the youth＇s thought, bringing them negative values towards life, whereas, the social status of their family places little effect on their deviate behavior and delicts.
