P物质对猫分泌性中耳炎中耳积液的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用免疫组化ABC-GDN及图象分析技术研究家猫SOM中耳粘膜SP含量的变化与中耳积液的关系,并观察SP受体拮抗剂Spantide及组胺H_2受体阻滞剂Cimetidin对中耳积液的影响。结果发现:在SOM条件下,中耳粘膜SP含量有逐渐增多趋势,并和中耳积液量呈正相关(r=0.9754,p<0.05)。每日腹腔注射1mg/mlSpantide及1mg/mlCimetidin均可使中耳职液明显减少,随着SOM时间的延长,二者使中耳积液减少的量并不一致,Spantide减少中耳积液量更明显。结果提示:SP是SOM的重要炎性介质,介导血管的通透性及腺体的分泌,SP通过组胺发挥其扩张血管增加血管通透性的作用。 his experiment explored the relation between SP content change of SOM middle ear mu-cosa and middle ear effusion with immunohistochemistry ABC-GDN and image pattern analysistechnique,and observed the effect of SP receptor antagonist spantide and histamine H2 receptorblocker cimetidin on middle ear effustion,The findings showed middle ear mucosa SP contenttended to increase,and had positive correlation with middle ear effusion(r=0.9754,P<0.05),intra-abdominally injecting lmg/ml Spantide and lmg/ml Cimetidin per day could make middleear effusion decrease obviously,but the quantities of reduction were not the same as the time pro-longed.Spantide reduction was more significant.The results suggest that SP plays a role in SOM,it might accelrate vasodilation and increase the permeability of capillary in middle ear mucosa me-diated by histamine.
