产业内贸易已经成为当前重要的国际贸易形式,对世界各国经济发展产生重大影响。产业内贸易的发展,尤其是垂直型产业内贸易的发展,为发展中国家融入全球生产网络提供了前所未有的机遇。深入研究产业内贸易的影响因素及贸易扩张的调整效果,对发展中国家具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文对产业内贸易的理论和实践研究进行综述,希望能有助于学者们进行更深入的研究。

Intra-industry trade （IIT） has become one of the most important trade patterns in the world which has greatly affected economic development of each country. The development of IIT, particularly vertical IIT, has afforded an unprecedented opportunity for developing countries to join in global production network. It is of great theoretical and practical meanings for developing countries to further study the factors of liT and adjustment effects of trade expansion. This paper surveys theoretical and empirical research on IIT for the purpose that it can help researches to further their study.
