关于中国“单位保障”形成的研究

A Study of the Formation of Chinese "Unit Security"

从国家、单位、个人以及国家与城市和农村关系的视角出发,探讨了单位保障的成因。揭示出在中国为什么形成了“单位保障“制度以及为什么对农村未能实行国家保障的原因。明确上述问题对于进一步推动城市的社会保障制度改革以及建立包括农村在内的新型的社会保障体系具有十分重要的意义。

Base on the analysis of the triangle relationship among the nation, the unit, and the individual, and that among the na- tion, the city, and the countryside, this article explores the causes for the formation of the unit security, and explains why there is a unit security system in China and why there isn＇t such a system in the countryside. It is held that explorations in this area have a great significance for the promotion of urban social security reform and for the establishment of a new social security system which includes rural areas.
