摘要
强烈的学术任务感、对学生高度的期望感、牢固的师生亲密关系感、高度的教职员工之间的同心协力与积极肯定个人学术的卓越表现,构成学校精神质的内涵和丰富的外延。学校精神绝不仅仅是一所学校的一般特征,它构成一种潜在而生动的德育氛围。因此,它的培育与建设对德育工程的启动举足轻重,也是整个学校教育改革不可忽略的重要部分。
The intensive sense of academic research, high expectation of students, firmness of intimate teacher-student relations, full cooperation and unity among teaching staff and positive approval of excellent individual performance on academic research form the virtual connotation and substantial denotation of school spirit. School spirit is not merely the general feature of school, but also a potential and vivid atmosphere of moral education. Thus, the development and construction of school spirit plays a pivotal part in the start of moral education project, as well as an important and integral part in the entire reform of school education.
