伪满“国民勤劳奉公制度”研究述评

A Review on Puppet Manchuria "Civil Contribution System"

伪满“国民勤劳奉公制度”,是日本帝国主义在伪满后期为满足其侵略战争不断升级需要而强制东北人民无偿为其充当劳工的一种制度,是日本帝国主义在14年侵华战争中对中国人民所犯滔天罪行的重要组成部分。建国后,特别是近20年来,相关问题研究已取得一批重要成果。但是,全面、深入、系统的研究却不多,相关史料收集、整理工作亦不充分,备受迫害的当事人正在逝去,一些与史实完全相悖的表述亦堂皇见诸报端。凡此种种,亟待引起相关史学工作者的充分重视。

Puppet Manchuria ＂Civil Contribution System＂ is a kind of system by which the Japanese imperialism compelled the Chinese to serve as labors for nothing to upgrade its mad invasion in the period of upper Puppet Manchuria. It is viewed as an important part of its monstrous crime upon Chinese people during the 14--year conquering of China. Achievements have been made on some related researches after the national establishment, particularly over the last 20 years. However, there are very few complete, thorough and systematic researches made on it and the collection of historic materials involved has not been carried out properly. The historical witnesses have continuously gone away, and meanwhile some comments which are terribly opposite to the facts have been made by means of mass media. All the above ultimately causes the major concern of the researchers.
