摘要
通过阐释竞技体育运动员运动伤害保护的法源要求和应然法律状态,进而提出了竞技体育运动员运动伤害保护的法律模型,就构建我国竞技体育运动员运动伤害保护体系作了理性的探讨。
Based on analysis of the legal origins＇ requirements and the obligatory legal state of protection against sports injury to athletes, the legal model of protection against sports injury is proposed, and further rational discussion is also made on constructing the system of protection against sports injury to athletes in China.
