建国前中国共产党军人抚恤优待及退役安置政策研究

A Study on the CPC's Policy about Pension, Favored Treatment and Demobilization Placement for Servicemen before the Founding of New China

作为国家社会保障制度的重要组成部分,军人抚恤优待及退役安置政策对于国防和军队现代化建设有着相当重要的意义。本文对1927年人民军队建立至1949年新中国成立前的中国共产党军人抚恤优待及退役安置政策,进行了梳理和分析,探讨总结了建国前党的这一政策在实施过程中的经验。

As an important component part of national social security system the policy about the pension, favored treatment and demobilization placement for servicemen is of great significance for modernization of national defense and the armed forces. This paper sorts out and analyzes data about the policies of the Communist Party of China concerning the pension, favored treatment and demobilization placement for servicemen from the founding of the army in 1927 to the eve of the founding of New China in 1949 and then explores and sums up the experience in the implementation of these policies of the Party.
