摘要
本文采用放射性生物微球技术测定各器官系统的血流分配,从而观察抗rhTNF单克隆抗体对内毒素血症家兔血流分配的影响。结果表明:①内毒素组的脑、心、肾的血流量明显少于对照组(P<0.01);③无关抗体组的脑、心、肾的血流量也显著少于抗体保护组(P<0.01);③肺、腹腔脏器及骨骼肌的血流量,各组间的差别均无显著性(P>0.05)。结果提示,抗rhTNF单克隆抗体是纠正内毒素血症血流分配紊乱的有效途径。
The radio─labeled─biomicrosphere technique was used to measure thedistribution of organ blood flow,the effects of anti─rhTNF McAb on the distributionof blood fow in rabbits after administration of endotoxin was investigated.The results showed(1)Blood flow of the brain,myocardium and kidney in endotoximia group were muchlower than that of the control group(P< 0.01),(2) Blood flow of the brain,myocardiumand kidney in non─correlated antibody group were significantly lower than that of theanti-rhTNF McAb group(p<0.01);(3)No differenee was found in the blood flow of lung,splanchnic organ and skeletal muscle. It is concluded that anti-rhTNF McAb was effec-tive in correcting the misdistribution of blood flow among organs in endotoximia rabbit.
